Desygner is an online, easy-to-use graphic design platform available for web and mobile devices in which users can create new designs or edit pre-made templates and share them on social media or create print-ready files.

Help users understand the benefits of the features in the Desygner platform.

THE SOLUTION & HOW I HELPED

I collaborated with the CEO, Product team and Customer Services to understand exactly how the product features worked and what the benefits would be for customers. Then I translated that into simple, clear language our users would comprehend.

Also wrote a set of FAQs for the Knowledge Base.

Added all content to the web pages in WordPress.
